What is the turnaround time for my keepsake?

While you may receive your finished keepsake much sooner, please allow 6-8 weeks for completion once we receive the clothing.

Can my keepsake be personalized with embroidery?

Yes! All bear and bunny keepsakes have the option of embroidery. Unfortunately, we don’t offer embroidery on the quilts and pillows at this time.

How should I ship my items to you?

USPS, UPS, and FedEx are all good shipping options. While we take great care with all items we receive, we cannot assume responsibility for damages or loss that may occur during shipping. We recommend a reliable shipping company with tracking for your peace of mind.

Do you make keepsakes with adult clothing?

No, we specialize in keepsakes made with baby clothes only.

How should I care for my keepsake?

All bear and bunny keepsakes should be spot cleaned only.

Washing a keepsake quilt requires extra care to preserve both the fabric and the memories. Handwashing is the safest option. If you prefer machine washing, use a gentle cycle with cool water. Do not use bleach.

Laying the quilt flat to dry is the best option. If you prefer using a dryer, set on the lowest possible heat and remove while still damp to avoid shrinkage.
