Keepsake Quilt
Our keepsake quilts, made from your baby’s clothes, are a wonderful way to preserve cherished memories. They are backed with quilting cotton and feature a layer of bamboo/silk batting in the middle. Bamboo/silk batting is incredibly soft, breathable, and gentle, making it the perfect choice for those with sensitive skin. Each square of fabric, carefully chosen from their tiny shirts, onesies, and pajamas, will tell a story of growth, milestones, and precious moments.
The Process:
After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation that will include packaging and shipping instructions. The cost of shipping the clothing to us is not included in the purchase price.
Once we receive your baby clothes, it will take approximately 6-8 weeks to create your custom keepsake quilt. If you have any specific requests or special preferences, please feel free to let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate them. Once your keepsake quilt is completed, we will ship it back to you, so you can enjoy a timeless reminder of your baby’s early years.
Clothing that can be used:
Most baby clothes can be used including onesies, sleepers, jumpers, dresses, and baby blankets. Fabrics that work well are cotton, jersey knit (t-shirt material), flannel, corduroy, and light denim. Please do not include delicate or thin fabrics, leather, or heavy denim pieces. Feel free to contact us with questions.
Sizes available:
34×34” - 25 squares (20-25 items of clothing)
34×40” - 30 squares (25-30 items of clothing)
Any unused clothing will be returned with your completed quilt. If there are certain details that you want incorporated into the quilt, please include a note with the clothing. We’ll make sure to carefully include those special touches to personalize your keepsake just the way you envision it.
